Shipping policy

Shipping time can vary depending on the volume of orders per week. We ship out Monday-Thursday and orders should typically arrive within 3-7 business days. 
Once packages are shipped out by us, the USPS is responsible for handling and delivery. We are not responsible for lost packages. In the case that a package is lost, please file a claim through the USPS website. Ground advantage packages will include $100 of insurance. If you would like your package insured for the full value, please message us to purchase additional insurance. Thank you
